NONSTATIONARY TRANSFER OF COMPONENTS OF AN ISOTOPIC MIXTURE AS A RESULT OF THE CHANGE IN CASCADE FLOWS

A nonstationary process initiated by the change in the values of the fl ows of light and heavy fractions of a cascade has been modeled using the separation of germanium isotopes as an example. The character of change in the concentration of isotopes in cascade stages and fl ows as a function of the fi nite values of the fl ows has been shown. It has been established that in the course of the nonstationary process, isotopes of intermediate masses can be obtained with a concentration much higher than the maximum attainable values for a three-fl ow cascade.
