MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF CONTACT THERMAL RESISTANCE FOR ELASTOSTRAINED SOLID BODIES BY THE METHODS OF MULTIPHASE SYSTEMS MECHANICS
A new nonstationary conjugate mathematical model of thermal and stressed-strained state in loaded joints of metal elements in the presence of nonideal thermal contact has been formulated. A one-dimensional approximation of the model in a stationary case has been obtained. A numerical investigation of the approximate mathematical model has been carried out. Satisfactory agreement has been shown between the calculated values of thermal resistance of the contact of plane rough surfaces and the experiential data.
