INFLUENCE OF THE TREATMENT OF SURFACES OF MATERIALS IN A DIELECTRIC-BARRIER-DISCHARGE PLASMA ON THEIR MORPHOLOGY AND HYDROPHILIC PROPERTIES

Investigations of the morphology of surfaces of glass, titanium, and polymer fi lms in the initial state and after treatment in the plasma of a dielectric barrier discharge by atomic force microscopy have been carried out. The change in the topography of these materials′ surface and in its roughness and hydrophilic-hydrophobic properties has been established after the treatment in the dielectric-barrier-discharge plasma.
